What We Do
Comprehensive
Coastal Solutions
Four core disciplines. One trusted team. Serving the Golden Isles with uncompromising quality.
Why Blueprint
Built for the
Golden Isles
Blueprint Construction isn't a franchise. We're not a referral service. We are a single, dedicated team who understands the unique demands of coastal Georgia — the salt air, the humidity, the storm seasons, and the high standards of barrier island property owners.
Every project is led personally by Brandon — ensuring direct communication, accountability, and craftsmanship from the first consultation to the final walkthrough. No subcontracted surprises. No missed timelines.

Private Clients
Built for the way
estate owners actually live
A multi-million-dollar coastal home isn't a commodity project — and you shouldn't have to manage your contractor like one. Blueprint was built for owners who expect peer-level craftsmanship, absolute discretion, and a single trusted team that handles everything without being asked twice.
One Point of Contact
Brandon leads every project personally — no account managers, no subcontracted surprises, no runaround. You deal directly with the owner from first consultation to final walkthrough.
Built for Absent Owners
Many of our clients are seasonal or remote. We manage your property as if we lived next door — scheduled visits, photo updates, and quarterly condition reports so your estate is cared for year-round.
Discretion & Trust
We work behind gates, in private communities, and on architecturally significant homes. Confidentiality, clean job sites, and respect for your property and privacy are non-negotiable.
White-Glove Project Concierge
From material sourcing to coordinating with your architect, designer, or property manager, we handle every detail so the process is as effortless as the result is exceptional.
